Black Vinyl Seat Option?

I was looking to through my 2000 Tahoe (GMT 800)’s pamphlet and I seemed to these weird black vinyl seat options. I have never in my life seen these on any GMT 800 Tahoe. I can’t find any pictures of them on the internet. I can only find cloth and leather seats. Who has these seats or at least knows of them? Just wondering, thanks.

I'm guessing those are probably only seen in the PPVs.

That makes sense. I was also thinking they could have been optional on GMT 400s and they decided to put it on the 2000 model year pamphlet.
