To my knowledge it only comes off when I'm flooring it and we all know lee loves the MPGs so this could be why his stays on due to the lack of engine torquing.

That could be it. It's hard to NOT floor it on a 6.2 with BBP Tune + Airaid Jr intake ;)

Yep! Mine does the same thing, I actually got Airaid to send me a new tube, they said it was from over tightening, which its not. There isnt enough play on the TB end. Im going to try to get a hump hose that fits the TB end and see if that helps before I ditch this thing. Just hard to find since its a odd size, 3.8", im going to see if a 3.75" will work.
