What’s up everyone?

I'm at a loss. Truck started blowing hot air on the driver side when the ac was turned on. After some research, came to the conclusion that the blend door actuator on the lower part of the dash needed replaced. Checked part numbers ordered a new one and replaced it. Went through two different recalibration procedures multiple times and still having the problem. I unbolted the actuator to see if either were moving while plugged in and they were. But it seems they both will turn all the way to one side (a tick farther then the registration marks) and never move from there. At a loss on what to do next. Any ideas or advice will greatly be appreciated.

Air Door Actuator - Replaces 89018365, 604-106, 52402588 - Compatible with Chevrolet, Chevy, GMC 1994-2012 - Silverado 1500 and 2500, Tahoe, Sierra - HVAC Blend Control Actuator - Heater Blend Door https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07411WTHZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NV61Z9E9008W9ZR8ZGZ6

it also appears the one that I am replacing is not the factory one. Looks like it has been replaced before
The consensus here is to only use Genuine GM actuators. I can concur with that by experience.

Whoever is selling those is a idiot, the diagram is wrong in the listing and the answers they give in the q&a section are wrong
return it and get a oem one

You could get away with a dorman 604-106 and save some money over a oem one since it is a easy location to swap, usually the dorman actuators are ok, some of there stuff is not so good but the actuators seem to hold up. the dorman runs about $68, the oem one is about $112
