Blend door replacement?

I have a 99 Yukon and the HVAC blend door is broken. It is not the one the acuator mounts to it id the one just above that where the metal linkage goes to for the defrost.. You can move the door and tell the other side pivot shaft broke or fell out. Hoe big of a job is it to replace it? Thanks
