Front vents blow hot
then that would the be the blend door under the passenger side glove box behind the kickpanel, luckily this is the easiest one to replace.
you need a 7MM deep socket and 5.5mm socket
not sure of the part number, if you remove the kickpanel you can see the part number label on the actuator. your replacement actuator has to match that part number or it wont work even if it has the same number of pins. most autoparts stores carry the dorman you just need to be sure the dorman part crosses over to your actuator part number.
for this fix the dorman one should be fine. the dorman one is probably around $60, oe is going to be more and would likely need to be ordered or the dealer may have it.

it should be the one ending in 507 in your above photo, but I would pull that kickpanel off just to double check if you plan on ordering one.
if you just remove the 2 right screws this will allow you to pull the kickpanel down enough to access the actuator, the 3rd screw can be a pain in the butt.

there is a driver side and pass side if you have dual climate. buy the cheaper actuator too, iirc it was like 20 bucks. put two of em in my hoe. d/s and the rear one for the back blend door. both still working great a couple years later.

if it only blows hot (both sides) then it's the blend door on the bottom (right by the blower motor), regardless if it is dual
if it was blowing hot on the right side only then it would be the upper actuator behind/under the passenger airbag (top of airbox)
the bottom actuator is the main hot/cold and also the most common one to fail.

and op when you replace it you can either pull the negative cable off of the battery for a minute or pull the hvac fuse and put it back in and the system will do a self re-calibration.
if you listen carefully you will hear all the doors move back and forth once and stop (key-on, engine-off).
in most cases though if you put the replacement actuator back in the same position the old one was then it shouldn't need a calbration
