Blinker Problems

I have a 2004 tahoe and once in awhile when i put on my right blinker, both blinkers (left and right) turn on. It doesn't do it very often but when it does it's really annoying. Any ideas for a quick fix on this one? - Thanks

Sounds like a short- that was the easy part. Where is the short?- that's the hard part. Short could possibly be in the column where the blinker switch is located. Sorry can't help you more.
