Hi,I have an 04 Yukon Denali and when the lights are on and I hit the brakes my hazards flash. Anyone have any ideas of why or had it happen to you?

You have a short somewhere, that is allowing power to flow into your hazards circuit. If I were to guess, I would say it is a multifunction switch issue. But you really need to get a meter in there and see where power is entering the system. It also may be a modification by a previous owner, and working as intended (by that previous owner). You never know -- unless you are the original owner.

Sounds like a bad ground. Have someone watch to see if the lights dim( or don’t get much brighter at all) when you have tails and brake both on at the same time, or if when you hit the brakes with the tail lights off, if the tails come on very dim.

Possibly the rear lighting block, unplug and check for green crusties. It is right in front of the rear passenger wheel and gets lots of crap slung in it
