I would pay good money to see someone do a cam swap in only 1.5 hours. It isnt possible. I've done hundreds of cam swaps in f-bodies, Vettes, GTOs, TBSSs, and trucks and Ive never done one quicker than 3 hours, not including the springs. You also need a couple of special tools, which you can rent from most places, the most important being the balancer puller/installer. It can be done at home, but dont expect to finish it all in one day if you've never done it before..

Looks fairly simple to me. Maybe pull the radiator and front bumper to keep engine in truck? Just a thought.

There is a video on this forum that shows ericthecarguy from youtube doing a eng swap on nnbs tahoe. You would definitely want to leave it in. If I remember right the video shows him removing the front bumper, radiator, and then is is able to swing the a/c condenser out of the way so you donot have to disconnect it. That way you have a straight shot out the front. If you changed the cam in your other car you are more than capable in the tahoe.

Thanks. I agree. Working on the Ecotec 2.0 supercharged motor (same as Saab 9-3 2.0t) was more complicated than this swap appears, but looks can be deceiving. I think I may pull the trigger on this in the spring when I have my tuner lined up for my truck. He'll probably want to get his hands dirty too. He loves this type of stuff and even supercharged his HHR with a manual trans and the 2.4 motor. Kills most Cobalts with smaller pulleys and larger injectors.
