Hi all, I swear I looked and couldnt find this setup already covered so here goes and redirect if you have already seen this please.
I have a 2004 SLT Yukon with Bose, six disk, xm and onstar. I have an aftermarket XM that i would like to be able to plug into a 3.5 aux jack and an iphone that i would like to be able to plug into a USB port. I am fine with poking them through the dash myself but havent been able to find a kit that adds this functionality all in one. Does anyone know of a way to add an aux jack and a USB that will work with the stock Bose head unit? 2 aux jacks would not be as handy but they will do if anyone has a link or write up handy. Thanks a million guys and gals!

I have accomplished this (kind of) two different ways.
Both ways start with this.

This gives you an option to add something via the RCAs on the interface and only uses up one band of your XM presets. Now what you add is up to you. I have gone two different routes. The first was to use this Kenwood interface to gain a USB input.

This was on a 2004 Yukon XL with XM but with the in deck 6 six disc unit.
The other way I did it was to mount another head unit in place of the remote 6 six disc changer in my 03 Yukon Denali XL. This option was cheaper and easier to do because of mounting the head unit. It also gives you more options as to what you add on. The head unit I got was cheap and gave me the ability to play mp3 discs and I think it has a headphone jack but I have never used it so I am not sure.
On both the Us Spec interface allows the use of an Ipod.
Pics of both are attached.

I did all the install on these so if you have any other questions let me know. The Kenwood unit was quite a bit more work using bondo and paint to make the piece look its best. The USB is mounted near the traction control button in the dash. Its mounting could be cleaner but its my wife's truck so :)

The Cd player install was easier but I can weld and have access to a welder so I just used the tabs on the factory changer and welded them to the radio's cage and it fits just like the factory unit did.

So for around $200 I have an Ipod, USB and 3.5 hook ups to my factory radio.

Just for reference here is the link for the best place to tap a 12v switched source that will keep your stuff on until you open the door.
