Bose speaker’s in a non-Bose equipped 2008 Tahoe

my Tahoe is 2008 z71 and has the 6 disc, but no Bose... i think my 2 right speakers r blown so I’m gonna replace them and i found a set of Bose speakers on eBay... is it the same wiring harness? should work fine huh?

also, I want to put the Bose sub in the center console... can I just put an after-market amp on it?

Not worth the money to replace with bose.

This would be a good time to upgrade the rest of your stock speakers with a good quality aftermarket setup.

Crutchfield used to be horribly overpriced, but not anymore. I have used them a few times over the past couple of years and they are amazing to deal with and were cheaper (for what I bought) than ANYONE including Amazon. Might want to give them another shot.....

So, ur saying i cant put the 4 Bose door speakers in, plug and play?

BTW, I got the 4 bose door speaker for $65, didnt break the bank... and i havent bought the bose sub yet.

That's correct. They are NOT plug and play....

a tech on another site told me that they r plug and ply... they just require more power
