Some of the detail shops will do an "ozone" treatment for more money. Dont know if it works or not, never tried it.

They work, I've had first-hand experience with the machines. Your car will smell pretty weird for a day or so though, after the treatment (somewhat like a burned clutch.) My Benz dealer has a service that will come out to them, or to me, for that matter. Takes about two hours and everything's gone.

you can also do what i do in my apartment/car
(i smoke now, but keep nice when kids come over.)

clean all hard surfaces and leather with simple green and wipe dry with paper towels
spray all the fabrics thoroughly (to dampness) with the $1 orange deodorizer spray from dollar general, including the headliner and carpets.
then spray it in the air intake/cowl vent for the blower while running it on heat or a/c (not max ac though). leave with the sunroof open.

next day it will be fine.
has always worked for me, for a total outlay of about $2-$3.
