brake controller wires not there???

Where am I supposed to find the wires that allow me to add an electric brake controller. I see the two different wires taped up under the hood for power but I am reading a document that says there are blunt cut wires under the left side of the IP and when we look there is nothing found.

is there a plug, or bare wires?

I want to buy a pre-wired plug for a Tekonsha prodigy P3 Brake Controller

all i see on ebay is up to 2006 tahoes listed.

mine was in the junction box on the drivers side, pull the cover off and plug in the correct GM harness from the Prodigy. They make a couple of different ones for the GM vehicles.

The 04 uses the 3015 harness.
The NNBS don't have a plug but the wiring is already there if it has the towing package.
