Brake lines on rear axle

On the way home from work yesterday my '03 decided to blow a brake line right under the driver's side door.

As such, I am replacing the lines with a Delco prebent kit...I also ordered new flex hoses and calipers (as my calipers look pretty crusty - not sure if I can even break a bleeder loose!).

It seems that the lines that run along the rear axle to each rear caliper are not part of this kit. Those don't look nearly as bad as the lines along the frame, but I would like to change them out as well for peace of mind.

Anyone done this? Doesn't seem that they are part of the standard kit...I assume I could just pick up the proper size/length of tubing at one of the box stores, or get tubing and make my own. Anyone done this - what was the easiest way? I would love to get some pre-flared lines with the fittings and just bend them into place if possible.

No problem. I think Inline might make all that OEM stuff in the first place cause they have all the CAD drawings, and theirs always fit perfectly.

I honestly may bend my own....depends on when all my materials arrive. Ideally, I'd get this all done this weekend. The hard line kit is on it's way from Amazon and will be here tomorrow. Rockauto had the flex lines and those are on their way, but I am not sure when they are arriving. My autozone calipers also shipped - not sure when the will arrive, but worst case I go buy them in the store and return the online order (they had 20% off online orders and free shipping, otherwise I would have just gotten them in the store). If I can't get anything but the hard lines on this weekend, then I'll order these prebent and do them when they arrive. I am concerned about the corrosion that may be present in the various connections and being able to install the new hard line kit.

Name of the game here is to get this thing operational by Sunday night so I can get to work on Monday morning. Doesn't need to be optimal from a performance perspective as this is just my DD...I just want it safe and reliable.

A little older and maybe a few less bends and easier but i did my 4wd full size '89 dodge pickup, all of the lines, calipers, pads, rear wheel cylinders, drums and proportioning valve, then bled it all in about 2 hrs a bunch of years ago.... all straight lines from napa and i bought a cheap brake line bender and i had a double flare kit for when i did the lines off the master but honestly didnt need the bender did most by eye and carefully without crimping anything and i think I needed a few adapters and fittings.... you also have the abs module in there too... very doable tho...i used to leave it on the grass and they rotted a few times on me until I decided to do them all...the next day the 1 tranny line went...
