My brake pedal rattles when I hit a bump, any ideas? I havent gotten around to looking under there to see if there is something I can tighten or anything.

Those must be some big bumps!
Loose master cylinder or booster (unlikely).
Pivot point where the pedal arm connects to the actuator rod is worn (may be a bushing there).
Brake pedal arm is pressed onto an axle tube with rolled beads. Follow the arm upwards until you see where it's attached to the tube and shake pedal side to side. If the arm wobbles on the tube remove the axle/pivot bolt, remove the pedal assembly and weld the arm to the tube.
If the whole thing, tube and all, has a lot of slop there should be a bushing (probably Nylon or some other plastic) inside the tube that's worn out.
