Oh ok!!!.. I see what you are trying to say now.
Let me get this straight. So, every time you drive off the "service brake system" ,parking brake and chimes goes off right?...
Otherwise, everything feels normal right?...

In that case you could have a faulty "PARKING BRAKE SWITCH."
The BCM detects the parking brake is engaged. That's why every time you drive off, the chimes and warning goes off also.
(Change the switch.)

(It's the one by the gear tooth behind the PARKING BRAKE. It's held on by one bolt with a wire connected to it.) :rockit:

IF that doesn't solve the problem, have the brake fluid level sensor and ABS check.(I doubt they are the cause)

i didn't solve the problem but i can get the light and chime to go off by unplugging the connector at the pressure regulator (right below the master cylinder) and plugging it right back in. I guess that resets it. from what i understand there's two sensors that can make that light come on, one behind the paking brake, and the one i unplug at the pressure regulator.
when it is going off i can push the parking brake in just enough to engage the light and it stars chimimg twice as fast,

thanks for your help
