I have been using cross drilled rotors and pads by Stop Tech and they work great. I need to repalce the pads soon and want something that does not create as much brake dust as what I have now.

ANy suggestions on pads with good bite but low brake dust?

Much appreciated

With your heavy rig and cross drilled rotors be sure to thoroughly look on both sides of the rotors and inspect for any cracks. With these heavy rigs and braking the brakes take a pounding. I have head / seen on more than 1 occasion where cross drilled rotors crack / break due to the rapid uneven heating / cooling of the surfaces.

I have installed the Autozone Duralast MAX Ceramic brake pads (got rid of the old OEM organic garbage) and no more brake dust and the stopping power is much better than stock.

But if you want to step it up a little more you can go for:
EBC Green / Red
HAWK HPS / Performance brake pads
