That video you took is Great. You can definitely hear the Alternator whining.

Thanks for your input. But is it considered normal? Voltage at the meter seems fine most of the time, unless every single accessory is on it might drop to 13 or so at the least. Everything works, it's just the sound that is annoying.

I've been checking out videos on YouTube for the last 30 minutes or so, and most, if not all of the trucks with the 350 TBI motor sound very similar. Maybe not AS loud, but the noise is there for sure. Check out this one. You can definitely hear it at idle, and the headlights are off unlike mine...
