Is it this?

Hi BacDoc, Love Vero Beach vacationed there many times! I spoke with them this morning it is for front and rear and apparently they are using factory GM Brembo calipers that come off of the 24' Cadillac Escalade V Series. They are providing with the kit upgraded drilled 410mm front rotors and standard rear rotors. They said as long as you have 20" rims there is no problem!

That’s awesome! I’m considering upgrading the brakes on my Tahoe as it is the only thing that GM didn’t do on this otherwise perfect truck.
The only concern is if warranty is not affected and the dealer can do the install. I’d also like to know the difference between ceramic and semi metallic brake pads as that’s one of the differences between the GM upgrade vs Brakeworld.

I agree with stbentoak the brakes work great from the factory if you have $4k to piss away pay it on your car note
Ha Ha... I've wasted worse and we aren't going to live forever..... When you are in the 4th quarter of your life, this stuff doesn't matter as much as it used too. Better that I spend it before the nursing home gets it...:2cents:

It's possibly cheaper if you look up the stuff for the PPV tahoe. It's a brembo setup without saying Brembo

You shouldn't have a problem. The brembo's from the factory will fit all wheels 20" or larger. Just make sure the compound of the pads they are including is OEM or a softer compound. I went with wilwoods on my rig and I had a lot of brake chatter and its cause the compound of the pads was high. You want something softer for daily use.

Stock brakes and rotors are shit. My 22 were warped when I purchased at 31k miles. Ps. They are already at minimum thickness from the factory

I have a set of these on a BMW, and they squeal quite a bit at very low speeds, enough that my wife wants them replaced. So, I asked the GMC sales manager about Brembos on a Yukon, and he stated he's had reports from customers about the same problem. I'm about to order a Denali, and will be skipping the Brembos. Disappointed, but the squeal isn't worth it to me.

If they squeal out of the box, they can fix them till they don't or give me my money back. It's that simple.....

Just to weigh in quickly. I have a 2018 Tahoe Premier that came with from Brembo factory and I love them. I think it's a worthwhile upgrade. Have never warped rotors and I drive hard. I saw a YouTube video where a guy added brembos to the front and then the rear and I messaged him and asked if the rear helped and he said it was a waste of Meny and didn't help. just looks cool.

So I say do the front, save your money own the rear unless you really want it to match visually,

The Brembo kits will squeal out of the box if the pots, pads and ears of the pads are not lubed with the provided grease.

The issues with warping and / or brake dust accumulation can be cured by using R1 Concepts 63147079L & 63147079R slotted / drilled discs.

Use ceramic pads for the best hot and cool performance. They leave a lot less dust than metallic pads.

Be forewarned with GM’s four caliper package. The rear brakes are the same OEM already on the truck except they painted them for you.

Also, if you live in CA these brakes may cause cancer or reproductive harm. Wear lead lined leather chaps when driving.

Brembo solution for the rear.
