Broken Evap line

A few months back I had my fuel pump go bad. I had some mechanic friends come over and give me a hand in the process one of my buddies broke a line off the evap canaster.

I am not worried about emmisions but the engine light is beginning to piss me off. I have a superchips tuner that i can use to scan and delete code with but after like 3-4 days the light comes right back on.

Is there an easy fix? I have not even looked into what it would cost to fix yet.

seems like the easy solution, lol

I will have to look into that. I know the lines were hard to disconnect which is why they broke one so I will have to see what I can do, hopefully i wont break anything else

I'm thinking i have the same problem also cause i keep getting the same error code on the dashboard and its pissing me off,

I'm not to sure if you notice this or if yours is doing it but when i fuel up it takes for ever because I'm assuming the gas tank thinks its full and i keep getting a clicking noise on the fuel gun at the gas pump....

I havent had any issues when fueling up. That would piss me off cause i think the pumps are too slow as it is, lol

yeah it takes me usually 5-10 min to fuel up it drives me fucken crazy and so far GM can't fix the f problem..
