ANOTHER UPDATE> checked all the harness all the way back to the taillights. no breaks in the wiring. I did find however just by accident, the reverse lights will turn on briefly as the transmission either go INTO and OUT OF reverse. If i hold the shift lever in between, the reverse lights light up bright. still no break lights at all. looks like my problem is somewhere in the column area.
