Will I lose the ability to use the onboard wi fi if I cancel Onstar? I have AT&T for my wireless carrier and wonder if I can add my vehicle and combine my mobile data with it but if I cancel Onstar after the trail period will I not be able to use the built in hotspot? Thanks

Thanks I was hoping that was the case! But thought it might not since Onstar has something to do with it

Anyone with AT&T have success adding their Yukon as part of their mobile share family plan so its just 10 or $15 a mo and shares your plan data?

Yes it is a separate phone number and appears on my AT&T bill as it's own line item for $12.95

Onstar adds it for $10 a month and they give 1 GB a month and after the 1 GB runs out it starts taking from your mobile data. Did it with Onstar last week

I added my Tahoe onto my AT&T Datashare plan. It's $10/month, just like adding any other device would be, and the data usage hits my 20GB quota each month. Works great.
