bulb ID needed

The illumination bulb inside my headlight on off switch has burned out on my 1997 Tahoe
The bulb is on the bottom of the switch and easily removed with a quarter turn of a flat screwdriver; it comes out in a flat holder with a blue rubber cover diffuser over it.
Its obviously replaceable but I have never seen a bulb of this type; any ideas where I can get a replacement or what the type size is appreciated.

sounds like a neo4 bulb but a pic would help

its a stock bulb not an LED.
Photo below; the blue cover is rubber and there's a clear bulb beneath it.

I am pretty positive you could replace that with a neo4 or the factory on is AC delco part number 12383437

Nice! It's the same bulb as in the door lock switch on the driver's side door. The window switch bulb is different, 12383436.
