Part Number for Bump Stops

I have been looking for the stock front bump stops for my 2001 yook xl without success (I found a set made by Belltech for the rear) as the original p/n was discontinued/not available and no replacement p/n offered. I finally found a direct replacement as GM p/n 15153958. These are a perfect fit in the socket, although it takes a pretty good push to seat them. Use a large dull screwdriver or something similar. The four punched teeth in the socket will hold them firmly. Mine also just barely touch the contact platform on the lower arm. I bought mine from Amazon for about $42.

Finally found the right bump stops for the front of my 2001 Yukon. The GM part no. is 15153958 and is it called a "Control Arm Bumper, Front". These were bought through Amazon.com for about $20 each. They press into the recess and are held by the four punched out teeth in the cup. And yes, mine sit just against the lower control arm platform.

Why did nobody comment on his pics that they are in upside down?
