Don't do it. Kicker subs can get loud, but sound horrible while doing it.
For an entry level setup, the new Alpine Type R is your best bet. You can even get a dual setup of them like the Kickers you want.

What's your budget and what are your goals for the system? Kicker isn't bad but you can do better for the money. Those Type Rs are nice. You can probably find them cheap on Craigslist. Check out Sonicelectronix or Crutchfield for stereo equipment. They have more options than Best Buy. If you want to go internet brand, I can probably steer you in the right direction. Most people only know about mainstream brands like Kicker, JL, Rockford Fosgate, etc. but there's a ton of internet brands that will sound better and will be cheaper. I personally would choose a Sundown SA or Skar VVX over the Type R and they will cost about the same.

Audiosavings.com is where ive had the best luck with prices and wide range of brands. I personally would go with the Rockford P3

That Alpine S is better off than the Kicker you posted.
The P3s are also nice. What are you looking for? Louder bass? How many watts are you pushing now?
If you want better subs, Sundown makes some good ones for a good price.

You could also get these: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_34781_Rockford-Fosgate-P3-2X12.html
My friend has them and they get loud.
But like Drew said, you can check out the Sundown SA here:

i have a memphis 1000w pushin my one punch3 right now. that should be good for a 2nd one right? i want it to be a little louder and to hit a little harder. are those bandpass boxes any good or should i just stick with a ported box? i would get the sundown's if i could unload my current rockford.
