C0710 code solved, I think.

When I bought my well used '09 Tahoe it had 3 different tires on it at various wear levels. That wreaked havoc with the computer and I got errors and if I put the selector into auto 4wd I'd get bucking on the road. A set of new Michelin tires from Costco put everything fine.

After having same issues same code. I had a different tech check. When the rack and pinion was replaced and they did the alignment the angle was off by 1 full turn to the left. A quick fix is to disconnect the shaft under the hood and return it to 0. Hope this helps.
