Cabin filter in a Yukon?

I seen a newer ford truck that came with no cap at all. When you put the nozel in it , it would release the flapper door in the bottom of the filler cup. Looked a little weird to me.

Yeah Ford's have capless fuel fillers now. I think they started in the 2008 models.

ok heres another gripe--- put gas in my denali today -- WTF where is the GD fuel cap holder-- the cap is just supposed to hang there against the body of the vehicle-- really?--- OH and also the damn gas kept stopping , so i couldnt just let it go and fill up all the way--- did this crap abotu 20 times or about every gallon or so-- i tried various lengths of the gas holder in and out of the HOLE ( no funny remarks people-- however thats what she said is approved) and i varied the flow rate as well--- unreal---

I have no problem filling? Also there is a hook on the gas door for the lanyard on the filler cap to hang it on.

No, you're missing something there. There's a hook, as said before, that you just clip your cap into. Your door has to have it. Check again.

I have had the same issue using certain pumps.

i will change pumps next time and will look for that fuel door hook--- i've just been used to a place to put my cap on the back of the fuel door and place the cap in the holder-- thanks for letting me know.


anyone recommend a nice locking fuel cap that fits i guess 2009-2010
