Hey All,
I installed an AFE Momentum CAI & 3" cat back with Flowmaster Delta50 muffler... truck sounds and idles/runs fine except, I have noticed I seem to have lost lowend power and the tranny doesnt readily downshift into passing gear when I floor it now...just kinda builds rpm in same gear. I'm guessing the 3" exhaust have changed exhaust pressure and maybe shift points? This surprised me since this is on a 2003 Tahoe Z71. Didnt think I'd have computer issue.. might I really need a tune? I did disconnect the battery for a couple hours also hoping that would make diff. Just did that havent driven it much more than a few miles but havent seen a change either.
