Cam suggestions

Well, Its about that time that I go ahead and add some more power to the ride. I'm looking at adding a cam but not sure what to add really. I don't need anything thats gonna pound real hard but something that will be a slight upgrade. I think I have heard of some guys being able to drop in a LS1 hot cam and being able to get a new tune and be ready to go?

Also, does anyone know where I can find a install write-up on this as well?
