I think the ideal thing to do would be too pickup a new LSX block and take some time and build the one you want the first time. sure your going to spend more money, but if you only do it once your time and money ahead.

Will a turbonetics t3/t4 turbo be big enough to boost the 4.8?

Unless you are doing internals you want to stay in the no more than 9-10psi. And that turbo will do that fine, and spool up pretty quick with the right piping.

The sale fell through on the turbos so I was looking on getting a superchargers instead. There are guys on Craig's list selling this superchargers but for a 350z for $1500. Just curious but Would it be possible to modify that to make it for the Tahoe? I have access to a CNC plasma cutter to make a bracket for supercharger but what else would I need? The kit that's up for sale comes with pulleys, tubing, and intercooler.
