camshaft position sensor replacement

For those who have done this, can this be done without pulling the intake manifold?
I can see it hiding back down behind the intake, just curious if there is enough room to pull it out.

Happy to say I haven't had to yet, there has to be a write up of sorts somewhere on here! Hopefully someone chimes in!

I will be doing it blind. I took a few pictures so I know what I will be touching, at least a mental picture.

Well I took care of it in 15min. 10mm socket, 12" extension and one hand. And the best thing about is, no more CEL. I'm glad I got it home when I did, because I went to start it this morning and all it did was crank over.

But now it's HAPPY! time to drive to Dairy Queen for a Georgia Mudd Fudge Blizzard.
