Any ideas? I’m wondering if it has something to do with the Axel? Thanks?

Apparently the cv acel was bad (brand new) . Replaced it with new, went right on, hopefully that was what making the creaking sounds. Just replaced a few months ago, weird.

New things sometimes are no good. Did you replace the spindle nut at the end of the axle shaft? Don't torque to it where it feels right, torque to specs. Mine is 177 foot pounds, I "think" yours is too.
Everything was replaced.

We’re you able to install everything?

With the CV axle...you need to pull it towards the wheel while putting it into place on the axle shaft.

With the upper control arm...it looks like you should use a ratcheting strap to pull the knuckle towards the Control arm.

Yeah, apparently the CV Axel was bad, (only a few months old). Purchased a new one and everything went right back together without any issues. Shocked the 3-month axel was bad....... We are back up and running, and no creaks anymore.
