can blue leds be done for radio?

im not scared of a little soldering but curious if there was anyway to do blue leds in the radio like you can do for any other lights. i like my factory hu, i keep nothing of value in my truck and leave my doors unlocked so i dont have to deal with broken windows. i lived in miami for 8yrs and worked in the ghetto and always had cars broken into, got my escalade and did the above and never had a problem.
Also im looking into a 3.5mm jack mod. but i do have a few bulbs burnt out and figured if i was gonna go through the hassle i would at least get a color i like.

yes you can use any color LEDs you want, but you can't change the color of the screen as far as I know... It will always be that blue-green color.

that display is neon so no dice but rest radio should have replaceable bulbs.

i havent tore it open yet but from what i gather the bulbs are clear, so where does the green come from?

I think I remember seeing a thread on GMT400 of a Guy doing the Buttons a different color, Ill try and dig it up for you , If I can find it, But as sun said Im pretty sure he ran into the issue with the screen
