Can I bring my 2022 Chevy to any dealership for first free service?

They list it on the service report. I' d guess it's a drive over toe in check? Pretty new dealership though and I wonder if they would have that, be kind of an old machine.

100% Yes... I bought mine out of state, so when I got my first check engine light, I took it to my local dealership. They didn't hesitate to let me know my first service was free.
