Can I check order status by VIN somewhere?

That tracker has stopped working for me probably since a week or more ago which stinks because now I don’t know the status (although I’m fairly certain it’s in Midlothian still). Can anyone else see their tracking?

No and becoming beyond frustrated. I've been disconnected twice. The GM and Chevy chat tell me the same thing every day - that my dealer has the tool to help me. Dealer says VinView is not helpful nor accurate. Have been sitting in Midlothian since it was produced on 5/13 with no update and no shipping ETA. And I realize others have been sitting on the lot for longer....
