5.25" of lift in the front and 3" blocks in the rear... I like cali lean, but do you like cali lean? Cause its gonna be a cali leanin'. 33x13.50x18's on the amount of lift will be ok in the front but you still might rub because of the larger wheels and the wheels negative offset and also the wider tire. Maybe you'll have to do alittle trimming but nothing noticeable. Don't be afraid to go taller, I'd just go full 6" with the torsion bars cranked and equal blocks or leaf springs, replace any worn suspension / steering parts at the same time and your truck will ride just fine. I see your 19 years old, so I'm guessing you don't have a credit line which makes buying the tires/wheels hard. Maybe you have a relative that would cosign on a credit card at tire kingdom? Their doing 1 year 0% interest on tires/wheels that way you could just do 35x12.50x17 or 18 and be done with it.
For a good example check out my signature, thats the zone lift kit run at around 6.25" of lift in the front and 5" blocks in the rear riding on 265/75/16 tires/wheels (still waiting on my tires/wheels).
