I want to give my mom's 05 Tahoe a better look. I already have a set of 20" LTZ wheels on it, but I want to lower the rear a little so it looks better. The problem is my dad is against lowering but I'm pretty sure I can get away with leveling it out. (He was also against the idea of 20s, but now he admits I was right and they look great.) Anyway, I found a set of the 3" Eibach rear lowering springs (3887.520). Do they actually drop a true 3" or is it a little more/less? I would like to leave the front alone (mainly because I don't want to align it again) if possible but I don't know if the 3" springs will be too much.

it will lower 2" if you keep the black factory shocks with shock relocators, if you change shocks too, it will lower the 3"

go with the djm 2 inch drop spring for the rear and you dont need to buy anything else.
