Can someone tell me what this is?

Well for the past few days I've been hearing a metal rattling under the yukon so today decidef to take a look. I found a metal bracket and below a harness but nothing in the bracket or connected to it. Can someone tell me if there is something missing or do our trucks are like this.

Here's a picture i took it's on the passenger's side just before the torsion keys.

I think that's the O2 sensor wires. It's been a while since I replaced mine though.

That far back it's probably one of the post cat O2 sensor wires. Someone forgot to plug it back in since they don't come undone by themselves.... Hence the locking pin.

I totally forgot about the O2 sensors since mine does not have them. I just thought something was missing since i saw that bracket and the plug
