Can these performance mods help my MPG?

I realize that spending a tons of money on this stuff won't pay off in MPG savings I'm just curious if I can improve MPG with these during conventional driving? Plus I'll also have more HP if needed. I'm looking to do a new cam, heads, edelbrock Eforce supercharger and LT headers with a custom tune that is fuel efficient friendly. Do you think I can increase MPG with any of this?

the only things that may help are the long tubes and tune. even then its questionable really. the rest will kill your mpg in a hurry.

No cam, no heads, just the E force and long tube headers and a tune

Biggest thing to increase your MPG will be control of your right foot!
