Can you change the hatchback doors on a 97 chevy tahoe to barn doors? Keeping my fingers crossed...

if you want to swap it is...

CHEAPER AND EASIER TO SELL YOUR TRUCK AND BUY ONE WITH BARN DOORS.

you would have to hack your truck up and swap everything over. if you didn't get it 100% perfect you will probably get exhaust fumes anong other things into the cabin of your truck.

While we are on the topic, what about barn doors to hatch/tail gate?

It's easy I did it with mine but in reverse. I pulled the barn doors off, turned them sideways and the stock hinged lined right up then I welded in where the window was, looks factory.
