Can you train a new remote fob w/o DIC

The PPV didn't come with the DIC. How does one train a new remote control in this case?

really depends on the year, but in any case a locksmith could help you out if you don't want to plug in a dic switch

I have neither. Ordering a DIC now.

Too new - DIC module is not going to help you program a new FOB. I have a 2013 SSV which I added the DIC module just as way to get more info but ultimately got a Tech2 as well. You are going to need a tool or use a locksmith to add new FOBS.
