Cannot Set Time on 2007 Factory Nav Radio

I have a 2007 Z71 Tahoe with factory nav. I am unable to set the time on the radio. When I click the clock (which is showing as " : " right now), there is a button that says "Set." I tap that and it brings me to a screen to adjust the hours and minutes. However when I tap the + and - buttons, nothing happens. I can't get any numbers to show up. Anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it? Thanks.

Try to unplug the GPS antenna and turn on the system and then plug the antenna back and turn it on back. That resolved the issue on my Tahoe.

Or you can go with Gm recommendation and update the navigation software.

GPS Antenna unplug

I have a clock setting problem with my new used 2007 Tahoe. Saw a previous thread about unplugging GPS antenna and plugging back in. Don't mean to be an idiot, but where do I go to unplug it? Also, GPS is stuck default to somewhere no where near here. The nav disc is updated. I don't know what to do accept take it in. Also doesn't play DVDS. Thanks for any input!
