yes, they bolt right up. you would need to buy some new plastic covers. but that's it.

Picking up this rather old thread since I'm thinking of buying a GMT800 Tahoe. I'm rather tall and need to have the seat almost as far back as it will og leaving something to be desired in the leg room Department for my kids. Will the leg room on the second row be better with separate seats than with the bench?
