Car Polisher

I polish only about twice per year, especially now since I don't run a black car----the gold metallic paint hides paint issues like a cloaking device. So in my case, a super heavy duty polisher is not a high priority, but the pads and the actual product are. I got some basic pads included with my Griot's kit (one for moderate cutting, one for polishing and a third for wax application) and I like the Meguiar's Ultimate products (Ultimate Compound, Ultimate Polish) plus Collinite 845 for wax. All are easy to use and offer very good and long-lasting results.

Thanks for the suggestions. I went ahead and bought a Pc 7424xp off craigslist today. brand new in box for $50. Looks like I got a pretty good deal.

I just need to buy pads now.
