Catalytic Converter - Tune Questions

Hi I have my Yukon tuned by you guys and I am happy with it. My question is; My mileage has been suffering regardless of driving style and tune/fuel combination. SO I was checking my cats with a IR gun and one has more heat before at the inlet and lower after on the outlet. I know that is backwards.

SO a couple of questions, I have no code, but wouldn't the tune have indicated a restricted or semi restricted catalytic converter? In any case, I am considering having a "high flow" cat welded in. I have heard some of those will throw a code. Can I have the tune adjusted to compensate for that or have the downstream 02 eliminated. Finally, have you seen any performance improvements by replacing with High flow cats?

I sent one email to the "contact us" from your homepage and then I replied to a email thread that originally had the tune info. It isnt urgent, just thought I would I post here to see if perhaps someone else had a similar question or knew the answer.
