Catalytic Converter

I have a 95 2dr. I going with the Gibson shorty's but cant seem to find a Cat that will fit the 2dr. They all say 4dr or nothing at all. I'm assuming the lengths are different between the two? Can someone direct me please

There all the same. No diffrence between 2 or 4 doors
