Interesting store. The second link, I already have something like that, with a switch for adjustable pedals, backup assist and a third switch for tractio control or something like that

Do you have those items on the vehicle or just the switches for them. The one I picked up from him replaced the right power port with a USB port and the switch part just pops out of the old one and into the new one. I think I paid like $18 so it was cheaper for me to buy the whole set-up verses buying the USB port and adding it. He has some cool stuff for assembly line leftovers!

I actually have that. Somehow my SSV came with a bit more stuff then just the bare minimum. I do have the backup assist (audible warning system, telling you how close you are to something. The additional camera works well with that).

I also have the 'thing' that adjusts the pedals. and also the switch where you can switch between the traction control settings. There are 3 buttons if not mistaken (I can check later).

I think there is an outlet that is factory, has USB and can be swapped for a regular cigarette lighter outlet. (but don't know the part number).

There is but it was cheaper for me to buy the whole bracket and everything than it would have been for me to just buy the USB outlet direct from GM and I work in the parts dept so I get a really good discount but this guy was still cheaper! Great stuff and prices if he has what you can use! That was why I bought the rear trim panel with the factory camera already attached. It was an assembly line leftover and it cost me $100 delivered so I thought I had it covered until the wiring issue and the fact that I still can not get it to work. I may just save some money and buy the same camera you have gotten and try it again! I will be putting in the second Nav radio soon so hopefully I can make some progress on the truck. I gotta track Joe down and see if he wants to come over when I do the radio swap again. I have already had the first one in and out over a dozen times so it will be a piece of cake to show Joe how to do it! LOL.

Well, it's either that it has some "funky" wiring scheme, I bet two wires are signal, one is ground, one power and there might be one that brings it up, or not.

I am wondering if your camera is still working, if you hooked up 12V to one of the signal wires, it might be toast.

If I see an inexpensive USB port replacement part,I might buy it. But since I have the wireless charging thing in the console lid now, I don't really need it

thanks!, yeah looks better than having people ask me "how does this work etc": Me: "it doesn't" they: "why not?"... etc etc etc

Did you guys get together to get your audio and cam issues figured out?
