Center Console Storage Box USB

Have about 4k on my 15 Denali and just got around to plugging something into the 2 USB ports in the center console storage box. No power there. Anybody see this or have ideas? Is there an easy way to get under the console to check connections there?

That's why you buy new, so you don't have to jack with it. Take it in.

There should be power there. I leave my iPad in there charging all the time.
