center console swap?

hey guys. i looked around and didnt see anything on this subject. i have a 2002 yukon SLE and i want to swap the console for the 2005 sierra 2500 style console. anyone do this? or does anyone know if it will mount up? thanks

can you be more specific? whats the difference?

99-02 have different consoles than 03-06. Also denali and escalade have a different console as well.

To put the 03+ in a 02 you have to change the lower dash and radio trim panels as well. But it is pretty much a bolt in deal. I think there is a little work to do fitting the ac controls and stuff with the 03 radio trim bezel.
