center console ?

sup fellas,

i c alot of trucks that have the console come up to da dash. some of them have cig. lighters, tape deck, etc., but mine dont. is that 1 piece & i hv to go buy another console or can i buy that short piece and install it to my existing console? BTW, thanks for all da advice i hv received and i will post pics as soon as i finish.

Its one piece and there is another piece on the passengers side that needs to be replaced with the dash. I had the jump seat on mine and upgraded to the center console. It was actually the wife's idea and the first mod when i got the truck!

IDK. I had a jump seat. Seem like your in the middle. You'll probably have to replace the whole thing or cut and paste to make it full length.

Yeah that is a totally different console, my step dad has that same one in his single cab Sierra and it is quite a bit different than mine.

what all did you need to replace the jump seat? I'm doing the same thing, soon. Any info would be great. Where'd you get it? how much did it cost? etc.
