warranty on headers?! wtf is that?
By the time even standard steel headers rust out, your warranty would have expired.
By the time a weld breaks, your warranty would have expired.

Even IF a weld breaks, are you going to remove both, ship them back and wait weeks with no ride for your warrantied headers to return?
No, your going to drive to closest exhaust shop and have them welded.

Its not like they are not just a pipe with a cpl bends and few welds.
Your looking at pacesetters! a cpl $$$, NOT Kooks or american racing etc. that are thousands.

This isn't some crazy science like choosing proper sized inducer/exducer, AR and inlet sizes on Turbo's, or getting you AFR's perfect for a 550shot of dope.

Its a PIPE.
coat it or don't, wrap it or don't.
If you want decreased under hood temps, Which is what makes quite abit of power, Coat and wrap them.

lol. Hey RELAX... ... I'm just a picky mofo I guess. Really A friend was pushing me toward the 304 SS ones, which made me question the whole deal. True I am going with lower cost brand. That is why I mentioned to coat the 304 SS would be a bit pricey.
If I'm going to put that much $$$ into it I would just buy a top of the line brand. Either way I get your point. Thankyou for the info and opening my eyes to what I was originally going to get.

Just buy Dynatechs I love mine got them on my 01 Tahoe and my 01 F-150 love the gains and the deep tone is perfect. performance is definitely there . I was stationed in the military in colorado for years I live in houston now super humid , no issues with rusting or the ceramic coating having any issues. The fitmit was perfect , came with free flow cats too. Can't go wrong.

Under hood temps matter when your air drawn from motor compartment. This a FI motor not carb'd so that doesn't matter cause air isn't drawn from motor compartment. So no HUGE hp gains there. Wanna go cheap, Pacesetter painted headers and wrap them. Wrap works at keeping heat in pipe very well. (which helps in scavenging on high hp carb motors not small ci stock motor.)
